The Admissions Process
We thoroughly assess each prospective resident prior to admission to WindChime to ensure they are appropriate and compatible with our program. When admitted to a WindChime community, our Assessment Team, with the help of the resident’s family, develop an individualized care plan tailored to the resident’s strengths and needs. A “life history” is gathered at this time that included information about accomplishments, major events, important people, joys and losses. This information is then used to educate our caregivers prior to the resident’s admission.
