Entrusting the care of someone you love to others is perhaps the most difficult decision you will ever make. You need to be sure that the caregivers have the training and compassion to respond to the special needs of your loved one.
In selecting our staff, we focus on their compassion and caring qualities, knowing that we will teach specific skills and tasks. WindChime takes great care and time to screen all potential employees prior to asking them to join us.
Once part of WindChime, each staff member receives extensive training in Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. All staff receives ongoing training and education throughout their employment with us.
