Medication Programs
Monitoring of daily medications is of primary importance and WindChime offers a comprehensive medication program to ensure prescriptions are accurately dispensed according to the resident’s primary Physician. One of our goals is to reduce the medications needed by each resident whenever possible working in concert with the residents Physician and family members.
